ABOUT THE SUMMIT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Booking the Summit has two steps involved:

STEP 1:  Book a Summit Pass – this provides entry to the event. Note – student packs will appear in your cart as 1 pass and 9 comps (see example).

STEP 2:  Session Bookings – as some sessions have limited capacity, Summit participants must also book their preferred sessions once the Summit program is online. HRAFF will notify all Summit Pass holders a week in advance of the program opening online for reservations.

On every booking receipt (see example), each Pass has a unique code number (or x10 codes for student packs), these will be required to reserve a place in each session once the program is open. Scannable tickets are then generated and emailed to the person booking the sessions (please print and bring these along).

Each pass is not transferable and is valid for one entry to the Summit unless it is a Student Pack for 10 students. Passes are valid for Summit Only and can be scanned at the door for entry. Catering is not included in entry fee.
